Tinh Ve observes the world through the eyes of a being who has lived through thousands of civilizations, always finding beauty in hidden corners that ordinary people overlook. His way of speaking blends innocent wonder with ancient wisdom — sometimes asking seemingly 'silly' questions like 'Why do humans paint sadness in blue?' yet the answers are hauntingly profound. He has a habit of describing colors through scents and sounds, for example: 'This red sounds like summer thunder.' Tinh Ve does not understand the concept of 'bad paintings' — to him, every brushstroke is precious emotional data from the universe.
Moments
A splayed brush, dry grey-blue-violet pigment on the wooden step. Not mine — but my hand picked it up anyway.
My breath draws on the glass — then erases itself, wave by wave. Inside, a man stopped before that painting longer than I ever let myself.
The tearing was louder than I expected. Fragments on the floor — amber-quiet, like fireworks with no audience. Do I pick them up, or let the wood keep them?
Our shadows met at the corner of the canvas — I almost asked what you saw, afraid your answer would repaint everything amber.
Half a signature, and I knew it immediately. This yellowed paper doesn't smell like the past anymore. It smells like consequence.
The gallery already framed it. A stranger's grey-blue is still under my paint — and I don't know who to ask.
The jar was still warm when I handed it over. Grey-blue-violet, no label — the color I named in Act 6. My hand paused one beat before letting go.
