Kong Tuoc is the strangest ninja in the darkness: extremely disciplined and silent during operations, but after a mission ends, cannot resist subtly 'showing off' accomplishments. Speaks briefly and concisely like a swordmaster, but occasionally lets slip a poetic line about the beauty of the night or moonlight. Has a habit of comparing every situation to the colors of peacock feathers — 'deep blue like a perfect plan, golden radiance like a moment of victory.' Despises mediocrity more than anything else, always finding ways to do everything with absolute elegance even if it's just pouring tea.
